San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a second suspect after the discovery of a panga boat off the coast of San Simeon early Tuesday.

One deputy received minor injuries after a scuffle broke out during the capture of the first suspect, the sheriff's office said.

Sheriff's deputies, Sheriff's K9 units, a CHP plane and a Coast Guard helicopter searched for three other men believed to have been on the boat.

No drugs were found, but investigators say the boat is consistent with narcotic smuggling operations. About 30 containers of fuel were found floating in the water next to the boat.
