Seminar in Nipomo inspires healthy living

"What's Weighing You Down?" is an event meant to lift women up.

Friday night at Healthy Inspirations in Nipomo, Psychologist Daphne Knox, M.A. will demonstrate links between what you eat and how you feel after you eat it.

In this seminar, you will get a sense of where you are in your current relationship with food, and discover how to increase your self-image so you can stop feeling guilty.

Knox will also give those in attendance tools to change their thinking so they can take the first steps toward getting where they want be in your life.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m.

It is free and open to women, ages 14 and up.

Healthy Inspirations of Nipomo is located at 150 S. Mary Avenue, Suite 1, in Nipomo.
