The woman accused of a 2004 murder in Santa Maria is now expected to learn her fate in April. 32-year-old Elizabeth Bagood appeared in a Santa Barbara County courtroom this morning, where her sentencing was postponed.

She previously pled no contest to various charges in connection to the murder of Jeremy Grinder. She and two others were charged in his death. Police say Grinder and the defendants belonged to the same gang.
