Shark attack victim identified

The man killed by a shark while surfing at Santa Barbara County's Surf Beach Tuesday morning is Francisco Javier Solorio, Jr., 39, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office. He is from Orcutt. The Sheriff's Office says he was bitten by the shark in the upper torso area.
