Two men were arrested early Saturday morning, after the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office received a call of multiple gun shots fired in Isla Vista.

It happened in the 6500 block of Sabado Tarde Road, just after 1:00 AM.

Sheriff's deputies arrested 21-year-old Thomas Christensen at the scene.

He faces charges of shooting a firearm with gross negligence and carrying a loaded firearm.

Deputies also took 21-year-old Brett Harris into custody.

He faces a charge of resisting arrest.

Deputies say he refused to come out of the home where the gunshots were heard.
