A man who allegedly robbed a store clerk at gun point months ago has been arrested in Ventura.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's say on September 23, 2009, Ventura resident Joshua Graham Packer, 20, entered a gas station in the 4000 block of State Street in Santa Barbara.
Officers say he pulled a gun and threatened the clerk, who was closing the store.
Packer allegedly ordered the clerk to the ground, then stole his cell phone and wallet, as well as money and cigarettes from the store.
Officers say Packer called the victim's friend, and said he would kill the victim and his family if the police were alerted.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's, along with the Ventura Police Department, served a search warrant at Packer's home, where he was arrested without incident.
He's being held on $100,000 bail on charges of armed robbery and making criminal threats.
