An upper low is spinning off the Central Coast and will bring on and off showers into Sunday. Initially the showers will be light however a period of moderate showers are possible Saturday. That could allow totals for the system to be as high as .50" however inland areas will likely see .20" or less.
Next week will bring warming conditions and clearing skies with near normal temperatures expected by mid-week.
Currently the system has produced no advisories of any kind. Increasing winds in marine areas may prompt a small craft advisory Friday.
The system is warm enough that local snow is not a factor.
