GOLETA - People in the Goleta area may hear sirens tomorrow morning.

Santa Barbara County emergency and fire officials will conduct a siren test at the Venoco Ellwood Onshore Facility at around 9:30 in the morning.

The siren test is expected to last about a minute.

It's an annual test meant to make sure the siren is working and people nearby can hear it.
