SAN LUIS OBISPO - Farmers market is growing.
The Thursday night market downtown will be expanding its borders to include Morro Street between Higuera and Monterey Streets.
The larger market will run all summer long.
The Downtown Association and the SLO County Certified Farmers Market Association plan to bring in eight more vendors with specialty products.
Some products expected are grass-fed beef and buffalo, edible flowers, sheep's milk ice cream and soft cheese.
