CAL FIRE says a small brush fire that broke out just before 1:00p.m. Monday is now out. Crews are mopping up the four acre grain fire, which sparked during a harvesting operation. The fire started about eight miles south of Hwy. 46 East on Bitterwater Road. Three engines and two air tankers responded. It took crews around a half hour to put out the flames.
