Earthquake shakes offshore near Channel Islands

A small earthquake shakes up the Channel Islands Sunday.
The 4.3 magnitude offshore earthquake happened at about 2:45p.m. 14 miles east of San Nicholas Island.
People have reported feeling moderate shakes northern Ventura County and southern Santa Barbara County on the US Geological Survey website.
