Some evacuations lifted for Miguelito Fire in Lompoc

The Lompoc Police Department says some residents, who were evacuated, can return to their homes.

There is still a mandatory evacuation order for people south of Willow Road.

Firefighters say the Miguelito Fire is 5 percent contained. Fire officials say about 700 acres have burned. No homes were destroyed or damaged. No one has been injured.

There's no word yet on when the fire will be out.
