We're getting another shot of moisture today, as a light storm system sweeps across the Central Coast. Some areas could see as much as a quarter inch... other spots may see only a trace. The energy in this system is centered to the north of us and it's moving quickly to the East. Behind that, we'll see building high pressure that will warm us up and clear the clouds by early next week.
Temperatures today will top out in the upper 50s at the beaches of San Luis Obispo County, low 60s in Santa Barbara County. Inland, the mercury won't make it past the upper 60s.
Friday will bring some gusty conditions, particularly in the canyons and inland mountains, with sustained winds between 25 and 40 MPH into Saturday morning.
