Some sprinkles are possible today

Good morning! Believe it or not, we may see some scattered showers around the Central Coast today. There's some monsoonal moisture mixing with upper level atmospheric disturbances that could even result in flooding in the mountains of Ventura and Los Angeles counties. In our areas, it's unlikely we'll see much rain, but you might find some rare raindrops on your windshield.

Otherwise, we'll be cooler than normal inland-our highs will top out in the low to mid-80s. At the beach, we'll see the mercury struggling to reach the 60-degree mark in places like Morro Bay., but the South Coast will see temperatures in the 70s.

By Wednesday, the clouds will give way to mostly sunny skies and much warmer temperatures-closer to 100-degrees inland. The coast will remain temperate-mid 60′s most places.

Here's a look at today's high temperatures:

Paso Robles-82
Atascadero-81
Morro Bay-58
San Luis Obispo-73
Pismo Beach-63
Nipomo-65
Guadalupe-61
Santa Maria-72
Los Alamos-78
Solvang-77
Vandenberg-68
Goleta-70
Santa Barbara-72
