Southern Cal band teacher accused of molesting student

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (AP) - Investigators say a Southern California high school band teacher sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl.
Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives arrested 33-year-old Albert Anthony Morales on Tuesday at his Diamond Bar home.
He was booked for investigation of assaulting a 16-year-old girl in 2006 while she attended Sunny Hills High School Fullerton.
A Sheriff's Department news release says Morales had been tutoring band students for 13 years and he has taught or volunteered at Sunny Hills, Diamond Ranch and Diamond Bar high schools.
