Firefighters are making progress on a brush fire near San Juan Capistrano.

Fire officials say the 250 acre blaze is 75 percent contained. About 300 firefighters are on scene.

Officials say it sparked when a tractor hit a power pole while clearing brush. Crews hope to have the fire contained by Tuesday afternoon.
