Atascadero Police arrest a man they say threatened officers with a pair of knives.

Officers were called out to the 7000 block of Santa Lucia Road on Wednesday after a report of an argument. When they arrived, they say 27-year-old Quincy Simms pulled out two large carving knives and walked toward them.

Officers got him to put down the weapons and he was arrested. That was when they noticed his leg was bleeding. He told officers he was hit and stabbed by three people.

Simms was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. Officers are looking for his attackers.
