Standoff at an Orcutt Apartment Complex

KSBY has learned that the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department along with the California Highway Patrol are on the scene of a standoff at an Orcutt Apartment Complex.
One witness tells KSBY that a man has barricaded himself inside of an apartment complex.
He is communicating with officers but the complex and surrounding buildings have been evacuated.
The apartment complex is located in the 200 block of North Pacific Street.
Deputies say the man is wanted for a parole violation and is known to be violent.
There is very little information being released at this time.
