An upper level low spinning off the Northern California coast is inching its way toward the Central Coast and it's bringing with it unseasonably cold air.
Monday's highs will top out in the upper 70's inland, upper 60's for the coastal valleys and mid to low 60's at the beach.
Expect increasing clouds to develop Monday afternoon into the evening with decreasing temperatures into Tuesday.
Computer models showing a 30-percent chance of light rain showers Wednesday evening into Thursday morning.
