Local bartenders battled it out to see who makes the best vodka martini Sunday.
More than 100 people showed up to the sold out Martini Shakedown at Rosa's Italian Restaurant in Pismo Beach. The event is now in its fourth year and it raises money for the ROP Culinary program at Arroyo Grande High School.
A $1,000 scholarship is also awarded to a culinary student.
Rosa's provided a gourmet buffet and a limo to drive people home, and KSBY's very own Jeanette Trompeter was one of the judges.
"My whole staff looks forward to this every year, this is the event," said Douglas MacMillan, chef and owner of Rosa's. "My chefs get to shine and it's a great event, it's a fun event."
The bartenders who made the best drinks received a gift basket and gift cards, but Steamers walked away with the Shakedown title.
They hope to raise $5,000 from the event.
