Storm total rain since Wednesday

Persistent showers and periods of rain have begun to add up, especially in northern San Luis Obispo county and around the city of San Luis Obispo where some rainfall totals have topped an inch. However south of SLO totals fall off dramatically. Santa Maria only has about .10", though it is easily the lowest of the major communities on the Central Coast.

More on and off rain is expected Saturday with the third and final front of this series expected Sunday afternoon.

The Central Coast looks to see a glancing blow from the storms with anywhere from .25-1.25" at the coast with higher amounts in far NW SLO county.
