Student art featured on local transit buses

Local public transit is working with some young artists to make public buses more beautiful.
The San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority and South County Area Transit held their "Youth Art in Motion" unveiling in Paso Robles Saturday at Studios on the Park.
North County students showcased their artwork in five RTA buses. The artwork, mainly a large mural mounted on the side of a bus, features local hotspots like Morro Bay and the Cal Poly Performing Arts Center.
City Officials and art experts spoke at the event.
RTA plans to continue the bus showcase for several months.
