Super Bowl Sunday marks the second largest food consumption day of the year behind Thanksgiving.
For those of you who you don't want to leave the party looking like a linebacker, there are some things you can do to stay healthy while watching the game.
Wings are a party favorite. Try baking them instead of frying them, or eat a smaller portion of regular wings.
You can also eat popcorn instead of cheese puffs and whole wheat pita chips instead of fries.
Go with a light beer and drink water in between. It will keep you hydrated and cut down on calories.
