Local advocacy group, Access for All, is conducting a hospital survey for people with disabilities.

It consists of six questions relating to hospital services and accessibility.

The group wants to see how hospitals in San Luis Obispo County meet the needs of those with disabilities.

Surveys are available by emailing Paul Wolff at pwolff@calpoly.edu, by calling (805) 544-3450, or taking it on line at www.sloaccessforall.org.
