The man accused of robbing the Bank of America in San Luis Obispo back in July entered pleas of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity on Monday.
Andrew Gilbertson, 38, of Paso Robles, was arrested on July 24, the same day the bank on Santa Rosa Street was robbed.
Police said Gilbertson wore a hat and glasses to disguise himself and handed the teller a note demanding money. He was spotted in Atascadero a few hours later.
Gilbertson's next court date is set for November 25, when the court will receive a doctor's report on his mental health evaluation.
