Tank Farm Road re-opens after accident

Traffic is returning to normal on Tank Farm Road in San Luis Obispo after an accident involving four vehicles closed it down for about 25 minutes during rush hour.
The accident happened just after 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Emergency personnel responding to the scene blocked traffic, which was backed up to Higuera St.
The California Highway Patrol says one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No word yet on what caused the collision.
