On Wednesday, Paso Robles police arrested a 16 year old boy accused of vandalizing several areas in the 3200 block of Spring Street. Two weeks ago police responded to a report of extensive graffiti in that area. With the help of the San Luis Obispo County Probation Department, police were able to arrest the teenager. He was booked into the county jail for felony vandalism and violating probation.
