Templeton volleyball sweeps Mission, plays AG Wednesday in battle of unbeatens

Henri Cherry pounded down 11 kills to lead the Templeton boys volleyball team to a 3-0 sweep at Mission Prep on Tuesday night. The Eagles, who are ranked 8th this week in CIF's Division 4, improved to 8-0. Mission fell to 3-5.

Cherry delivered a team-best 11 kills to go with 2 aces. Tobey Isbell collected 8 kills and 2 aces, while Jordan Scully added 7 kills for Templeton. Eric Lahargou dished out 32 assists and had 5 kills.

Templeton won 25-20, 25-17 and 25-17.

Templeton travels to undefeated Arroyo Grande on Wednesday for a match at 5:30 pm. Arroyo Grande, the defending Pac 7 League champions, are also undefeated at 6-0.
