A cooling trend is expected today through Thursday as a few weak disturbances move through northern CA. Winds which have been offshore will turn onshore bringing more marine influenced air over the area and additional clouds. While mid-level clouds looks ample on Wednesday and Thursday, I don't think it will rain however a few sprinkles may make it all the way to the ground but in general the forecast will just be for partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Warmer weather will return by the end of the week as high pressure builds and offshore flow develops once again.
Computer models suggest the weather stays generally dry until about the 20th of the month when a pattern change could allow for more rainfall.
