Temperatures for today will be a few degrees warmer due to brief and unexpected northeast winds that surfaced. We could see temperatures near 90 degrees in portions of San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. A shift in our weather will occur on Sunday with the return of the onshore flow which will continue through next week. This will result in cooler temperatures and an increase in the marine layer and low clouds in the late evening and early morning hours. Temperatures will see the biggest drop on Monday.
