Just in time for your summer travel plans, a new study from the University of Houston finds the germiest place in a hotel room is the TV remote.
They also found high levels of bacterial contamination on the bedside light switch.
Researchers also say items on housekeeping carts have the potential to cross-contaminate between rooms.
