The Atascadero Police Department says a third suspected has turned themselves in on the 7-11 robbery case from last Thursday.
Investigators say James Michael Ray Cagnina, 19, was booked in the San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of armed robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Officers say they received a phone call from a family member related to Cagnina, who was waiting outside the station to turn himself in.
Timothy Crook and Jaleigh Patterson, 20, were also arrested last week in connection to the robbery. They were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail.
