Three suspects wanted for armed robbery in San Luis Obispo

Officers with the San Luis Obispo Police Department are trying to track down three suspects they believe robbed a couple at gunpoint.

It happened Tuesday night at about 10:30, near the intersection of Palm and Morro streets. Officers say, the couple was walking to their car when three men came up to them, showed a handgun and demanded they hand over their property.

When the couple gave the robbers what they wanted, the suspects ran off. Investigators believe the suspects could be associated with a white, four door (quad cab) truck. Officers say the truck may have a lifted suspension and there may have been something "bulky" in the bed of the vehicle.

If you have any information contact the San Luis Obispo Police Department at 781-7317 or Crime Stopper 549-STOP.
