Tiger back to #1 after win

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Tiger Woods has regained the top ranking in the world with a win in the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Woods completed the final round today at 2-under 70 to finish two shots in front of Justin Rose. The last time Woods was No. 1 in the world was October 2010. Woods' victory is his eighth in the Palmer tournament, tying the 48-year old PGA Tour record for most wins in one tournament.
