This summer, many kids will be glued to the TV during Olympic track and field events.
While experts say the sport is a great motivator to move, it doesn't come without risk.
A new study from Nationwide Children's Hospital finds nearly 160,000 children and teens were treated at the ER for track-related injuries from 1991 to 2008.
The injuries became more common in recent years.
The most common injuries were sprains and strains, followed by fractures and dislocations.
