Traffic slows on Cuesta Grade after rollover crash

Traffic is backing up in the north bound lanes of Hwy. 101 over the Cuesta Grade, after a van rolled and is blocking a lane.
The CHP says only one vehicle was involved, and it's unclear which lane is blocked. No injuries have been reported.
