Traffic on southbound Highway 101 backed up for miles Sunday morning after a trailer rolled over and blocked both lanes.
It happened at 11:30 a.m. near Haskell's Beach in Goleta.
A vehicle towing a trailer rolled for unknown reasons, trapping two people inside.
Crews had to extricate both passengers, a man with major injuries and a woman with moderate injuries.
It took crews about an hour to get traffic moving again.
