Santa Barbara Fire Department was called out to the Los Patos off ramp around 10:35 Thursday morning after a truck got wedged under a bridge.

Fire officials say the truck was exiting the southbound lane when it got stuck under a Union Pacific Railroad bridge.

Two Union engineers are assessing the damage to the railroad tracks. All railroad traffic is currently stopped.

The California Highway Patrol is on scene investigating. The ramp is currently closed, no word on when it will reopen.
