Scattered Showers are expected throughout the morning. Slight clear up by the afternoon as rain pushes into the Central Coast again. Temperatures across the interior will be in the high 50s and low 60s. Low 60s along the beaches today. Rain will clear out until tomorrow afternoon. Some areas throughout Santa Barbara County can expect strong winds. There is a wind advisory in affect for the higher elevations of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
