Lingering low clouds will hover throughout the region for most of the week. A cold front is moving a small system towards Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. Rain is expected to arrive in the region by Wednesday bringing cooler temperatures along with it. Low 60s for the coast, mid 60s for your interior valley's.
