High pressure will make Tuesday the warmest of the week however as the high pressure retreats back to the east, weak low pressure is expected by Wednesday.
Low clouds in the night and morning hours returns bringing cooler temperatures through the end of the week.
Some mid level monsoonal moisture will move into Southern California during next couple of days but should mean little locally other than a few clouds.
Temps today top 100 inland, 80s in the coastal valleys and 70s at the beaches.
Wednesday temps fall back to the upper 90s inland with mid to upper 70s in coastal valleys and 60s at the beaches and stay there through the rest of the week adding perhaps a degree or two during the weekend.
