We start our evolution to a warmer forecast today with less marine layer.
Upper-level high pressure is strengthening over the area and that's going to weaken the onshore flow which kept us under seasonal temperature averages the last few days.
A warming trend will continue through at least Saturday with inland temps getting back to triple digits before fading next week.
An approaching weak trough of low pressure will bring a cooling trend for early next week.
60s and 70s at beaches today with 70s and 80s for coastal valleys and 90s returning inland. Tomorrow the warming trend continues with 70s for the beaches with 80s at coastal valleys and near triple digit heat inland.
