TV reality show star Chef Marcel is in Paso Robles as part as the big wine fesitval weekend. Chef Marcel has been on Top Chef and Top Chef Masters and also had a TV show on SYFY network. Chef Marcel spoke and prepared food for KSBY's Dave Hovde. Here he talks about healthy cooking and his passion for the industry.
