Sunset Magazine has put two of our quiet little coastal towns in the spotlight. The magazine named both Cambria and Cayucos in the Top Ten Unsung Beach Towns.

Editors say Cayucos made the list because the town has remained untouched by development. The magazine also talks about Montana De Oro with it's sand dunes and eucalyptus-lined hiking trails.

The magazine says Cambria's spirit is shaped equally by ocean and forest. It mentions it's lawn-bowling green, main street and urges readers not to miss Moonstone Beach.

Cayucos and Cambria were featured along with Capitola in Santa Cruz County and beach communities in Oregon and Washington.
