CAL FIRE says two children are in critical condition, and three adults have suffered moderate injuries, after a two-vehicle crash on Hwy. 46 Saturday.
The crash, between a full sized pick-up truck and a Chevrolet Malibu, happened around 12:20 p.m. just east of McMillan Canyon Road near Paso Robles.
The cause of the crash is still unclear.
