Two hurt in accident on Hwy 154 near Windy Gap

Santa Barbara County Fire Crews say two people are injured in Thursday morning's crash on Highway 154 near Windy Gap.
Fire officials say one of those victims suffered major injuries, while the other sustained minor injuries.
