Two local men in stable condition after plane crash in San Bernardino

The two local men involved in a plane crash in San Bernardino Monday are in stable condition as of Tuesday.

Co-workers of Lonny Rollins tell KSBY the San Luis Obispo pilot, along with Greg Fitzgerald of Paso Robles, were on a business trip when their twin-engine plan went down.

Rollins owns Innovative Concepts in San Luis Obispo and Fitzgerald owns Vision Works in Paso Robles.

The plane took off from the San Luis Obispo Airport Monday and was trying to land at the San Bernardino Airport when it crashed just before noon.

No one else was on board. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
