Investigators with the California Alcoholic Beverage Control cited two stores in Goleta for allegedly selling alcohol to minors.
ABC said in a press release Wednesday the citations were the result of a minor decoy operation on January 14. Minors involved in the sting tried to buy alcohol from a total of six stores.
The stores that were cited were not named. They face a minimum fine of $250, and/or 24 to 32 hours of community service for a first violation.
