San Luis Obispo Police have arrested two men after receiving reports of suspicious activity.
Police say two 20-year-old transients, Jesse Maciel and Michael Siegel, along with two other men were spotted near Atascadero and Oceanaire around five o'clock Saturday morning, looking into vehicles with flashlights.
Police stopped three of them near Madonna and Oceanaire, and found discarded stolen property.
Maciel was arrested for attempted auto burglary.
Siegel was arrested for possession of stolen property and being under the influence of narcotics.
