Two men are arrested in connection to a residential burglary in Orcutt late Tuesday night.

It happened on the 100 block of Hobbs Lane. That's where police say 39-year-old Jason Mahaffey and 26-year-old Sean Carty broke into a home, and tried to steal parts from a car parked in the garage. Police say the car was significantly damaged.

Carty was also linked to another car burglary. Mahaffy had an outstanding warrant in San Luis Obispo County.
